Booking terms and conditions

All bookings must be confirmed by providing us with a credit card number, time of arrival and the guest’s mobile telephone number.

In the event of arrival after 19:00, the hotel needs to be informed about this.

The guest undertakes to contact us in the event of any delay.

Cancellation terms and conditions

Before 18:00 the previous day, private bookings carry no cost. Later than that, the cost of the first night will be deducted. 

Failure to make full payment within the set time frames will rightfully entail invoicing in lieu of a penalty clause of up to 15% of the unpaid amount, with a minimum of €20 applicable.
